救國團總團部與日本東京都杉並區簽有合作意向書，此次安排杉並區高円寺阿波踊り舞踏団一行78人由田中區長率領、第一次來台北公演2場:
第一場於4/25（六）下午6點在內湖國立台灣戲曲學院出發，配合內湖中小學舞團、戲曲學院藝團、陣頭等隊伍等600位舞者走街舞「夜弄土地公」，約2小時。
第二場於4/26（日）下午6點在松山車站前松山慈祐宮、饒河街觀光夜市道路走街舞慶讚媽祖眾神聖誕千秋
